Frequently asked questions
About card sets, payments and Steam levels.
Steam’s official card guide ↗What am I actually buying?+
Complete Steam trading card sets. You craft them into badges on your own Steam account. Each normal badge craft awards 100 XP, which contributes to your Steam level.
Which key do I need?+
Use tradable Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys from Team Fortress 2. Each Steam offer shows the exact keys you give and the cards you receive.
Do I need to share my Steam password?+
No. Sign-in takes place on Steam’s own website. SteamRankUp never asks for your Steam password or Steam Guard code.
Will my level increase automatically?+
You earn XP after accepting the card sets and crafting badges on Steam. Receiving cards alone does not increase your level. Availability depends on your account, craftable badges and stock.
How do I track my order?+
Sign in and open My orders in the header. Open an order to see its current status and follow its trade offer on Steam.
